Shipping & Returns
We value every purchase and do our best to honor all shipping requests to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Please read the following policy for online orders to guarantee that your order arrives when expected.
- We will typically process your order within 1 business day, but it may take up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders are packed and shipped Monday to Saturday only. Orders placed on Sunday and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
- If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, it may be delayed an additional 2 business days.
- A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you after the order has been shipped.
- Standard: 2-5 business days, free to U.S. addresses, $7.50 flat rate to Canada
- USPS Priority: 2-3 business days, cost based on location
- International Shipping: currently only available to Canada, shipping times may vary due to customs delays *We do not ship to APO/FPO/international (outside of the contiguous United States) addresses at this time.
Packages shipped with standard shipping do not require a signature. If your package is lost, stolen in transit or delivered to the wrong address, please let us know so that we can assist you.
- Cancellations can be made until the item has been shipped out of our facility.
Returns and Exchanges
- If you've changed your mind, we're happy to accept returns within 60 days of receiving your package.
